Setting Up Your Signal Booster

1. Unpack Your Signal Booster

   • Carefully unpack and read the safety notices in the leaflet.

2. Choose a Location

   • Plug into a mains power socket or an extension cable that remains switched on.
   • Ideally, place it halfway between your Hive hub (connected to your broadband router) and the Hive product(s) with connectivity issues.

3. Plug In and Power On

   • Plug in and switch on the Signal Booster. The light should start flashing amber.

4. Log Into Your Hive Account

   • Open the Hive app and log in with your username and password.

5. Install the Device

   • Navigate to the menu, select “Install devices,” and choose “Add another device.”

6. Follow On-Screen Instructions

   • Complete the setup by following the on-screen instructions in the app.

Setting Up Your Hive Plug as a Signal Booster

   • Carefully unpack and read the safety notices in the leaflet.

2. Choose a Location
