Steps to Resolve the Issue

- Explain the role of the "Battery Management System" (BMS) in managing the charge.

- Ask the customer to check the car's app or other settings for any schedules that may be set.

- If the customer has a tethered charger and neither of these steps resolves the issue, advise the customer to contact the car's manufacturer for further advice.
- If the customer has an untethered charger, press continue for additional troubleshooting steps.
