Understanding "EVSE Suspended"

Action

EVSE Suspended indicates that the charger has not provided any charge. This status is expected in the following scenarios:

  • The car is plugged in but is in schedule mode or DSR (Demand Side Response) mode.
  • No charging is taking place due to being in a scheduled OFF period.

Example Scenario

  • Time: 5 PM
  • Situation: The car is plugged in and scheduled to start charging at midnight.
  • Expected Status: "EVSE Suspended" because the car is not due to charge until midnight.

If you encounter this status, it is likely due to the scheduled charging settings.
