Understanding Power Supply Issues and Voltage Tolerance

Customer's DNO Responsibility

  • The customer's Distribution Network Operator (DNO) is responsible for the amount of power supplied to their property.
  • There are instances where the power supply may be insufficient or excessive for our chargers to handle, causing them to trip and go offline.

Voltage Tolerance

  • The acceptable voltage range for our chargers is between 213V and 253V.
  • Voltage levels outside this range can cause the chargers to malfunction.

Monitoring Voltage Levels

  • Voltage levels can be monitored in the device history under the voltage parameter.
