Check the Lights on Your Hub

Look at the front of your Nano3 Hub to see if there are any lights on it. The lights indicate the status of your hub and can help you troubleshoot any issues.

 TIP: If your Nano 3 Hub is connected to your broadband router using an Ethernet cable, ensure that this connection is secure to maintain proper functionality. Additionally, the Nano3 Hub requires a power source, so make sure it is plugged into a power outlet.
