To keep your Hive Light online, it’s essential that it has power at all times. Here’s how to ensure your light is properly powered:
1. Check the Power Source
- Wall Switch: If your Hive Light is connected to a wall switch, ensure it is in the 'On' position.
- Lamp Fitting: If your Hive Light is fitted to a lamp, confirm that the plug socket is switched on.
2. Verify the Connection
- Make sure the light bulb is securely fitted in the lamp and that there are no loose connections.
3. Allow Time to Connect
- After turning the Hive Light back on, leave it for 2 minutes. This allows the app to update and show the light as online.
