Reconnecting Your Hive Hub 360 to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth

Action

Follow these steps to reconnect it to your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth:

  1. Unplug the Hub: Unplug the hub from the mains power supply.
  2. Plug the Hub Back In: Plug the hub back into the power supply.
  3. Wait for the Lights to Change: Wait until the white flashing stops (the lights will turn purple or go out).
  4. Reset the Hub: Hold the button on the hub for 10-20 seconds until it flashes blue.
  5. Update Wi-Fi Settings in the Hive App: Open the Hive app, select the offline Hive Hub 360, tap on "Change Wi-Fi", and follow the in-app Wi-Fi setup wizard.
