Action
If there are no lights on the receiver, it usually means that your boiler is not receiving power. Follow the checklist below to resolve the issue:

Check the Main Isolation Switch:
- Ensure the boiler is turned on at the main isolation switch.
- If it was off, switch it back on.
- The receiver’s status light in the top right corner should now be illuminated.

Check the Fuse Box:
- Verify that no fuse has tripped in your fuse box.
- If a fuse has tripped, reset it to the upright position.
- The receiver’s status light in the top right corner should now be illuminated.
If you have managed to get a light on your Hive Receiver, it may take a few minutes for it to reconnect to your other Hive devices. After five minutes, refresh your Hive App and everything should now show as online.
