No Lights on the Receiver

Action

If there are no lights on the receiver, it usually means that your boiler is not receiving power. Follow the checklist below to resolve the issue:

  1. Check the Main Isolation Switch:

    • Ensure the boiler is turned on at the main isolation switch.
    • If it was off, switch it back on.
    • The receiver’s status light in the top right corner should now be illuminated.
  2. Check the Fuse Box:

    • Verify that no fuse has tripped in your fuse box.
    • If a fuse has tripped, reset it to the upright position.
    • The receiver’s status light in the top right corner should now be illuminated.

If you have managed to get a light on your Hive Receiver, it may take a few minutes for it to reconnect to your other Hive devices. After five minutes, refresh your Hive App and everything should now show as online.
