Action
-  Remove the Thermostat from the Wall: - Press the tab underneath the thermostat to remove it from the wall.
- Take out one battery.
 
-  Move to the Receiver: - Take your thermostat to the receiver, usually located near the boiler or hot water tank.  
 
- Take your thermostat to the receiver, usually located near the boiler or hot water tank. 
-  Power Cycle the Boiler: - Turn off your boiler using the mains isolation switch (the lights will go out).
- Turn it back on (the lights will come on).
 
-  Activate Pairing Mode on the Receiver: - Press and hold the central heating button (bottom right) on your receiver until the status light (top right) changes to single flashing pink.
- If it flashes orange, release and press again until it changes to single flashing pink.
 
-  Reset the Thermostat: - Reinsert the battery into your thermostat.
- Press and hold the back and menu keys (bottom left and middle) until the screen shows ‘factory reset’ and counts down from 10 to 0.  
- Release the buttons when ‘welcome’ appears. The thermostat will then display ‘searching’ with a timer.
 
-  Repeat if Necessary: - If anything else appears on the thermostat screen, repeat step 5.
 
-  Wait for the Thermostat to Connect: - The thermostat will now search for the receiver.
- When found, the receiver’s status light (top right) will turn solid green, and the thermostat will display ‘let’s take a tour’.
 
-  Test the Boiler: - Raise the target temperature above the room temperature on the thermostat to test your boiler.
