- Inform the customer that the cable must be securely plugged in at both ends within 60 seconds.

- Ask the customer to try plugging in the cable properly now.
- Check the FLST and the App to see if the display state changes from 'Available'.

Inspect for Damage:
- Ensure there is no damage to the cable at either end.
