Checking the Matt:e Box

Inspect the Matt:e Box:

• Check to see if the switches are in the upright position.

The Matt:e will usually look as picture below and is commonly found by the electricity meter

Most customers will have a separate Matt:e. However, there are a few customers that won't or have it sealed, as shown in the picture below;
