Managing the Matt:e Switch

Matt:e:

• Positions:
  • Up = On
  • Down = Off/Tripped

• The switch consists of two parts: the white and blue triggers, which normally sit together. When the unit trips or shuts off, these triggers may separate.
• To reboot the charger properly:

1. Push the entire switch all the way down.
2. Leave it in the down position for 5 seconds.
3. Push the switch back up to the on position.

 NOTE: The Matt:e switch can be stiff to turn off and on again. If the customer reports difficulty in rebooting, this stiffness might be the cause.
