Checking Warranty Status in Salesforce

To determine the warranty status of a device, follow these steps:

  1. Open Salesforce

    • Navigate to the relevant section to check the warranty status.
  2. Warranty Periods

    • Self Install: 2 years warranty
    • EO Retail through a Third Party: 2 years warranty
    • Pro Install: 3 years warranty

 CAUTION: The warranty status in Salesforce will automatically turn red after 12 months. Always verify the install date to ensure accurate warranty information.
