Troubleshooting your Nano 3 power supply

  1. Check the Power Connection: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to the back of the hub and the main power socket.
  2. Test Another Power Socket and cable: Try plugging the hub into a different mains socket in your home to rule out the possibility of a faulty socket. Also try a different USB C cable to see if this helps.
  3. Reboot Your Nano 3 Hub: Unplug the power supply from the mains socket and disconnect the cable from the back of the Nano 3 Hub. Then, plug them back in.
  4. Check for Lights: You should now see an illuminated light on the hub. The light should normally flash green for a few minutes and then go solid green.
  5. Verify Online Status: Your device should now show as online.
