Follow these steps to perform a full network restart:

  1. Unplug the Hub: Unplug the hub from the mains power supply.
  2. Switch Off Your Broadband Router: Turn off your broadband router at the mains power supply.
  3. Switch On Your Broadband Router: Turn your broadband router back on at the mains power supply.
  4. Ensure Broadband is Working: Before proceeding, ensure your broadband connection is working.  TIP: Check another device, such as your mobile phone, to confirm you have a broadband connection. 
  5. Plug the Hub Back In: Plug the hub back into the power supply.
  6. Wait for the Hub to Reconnect: Wait for 30 minutes. The hub should flash, and the lights will go out. If you refresh your app or log out and back in, you should see the Nano3 Hub back online under "Manage Devices".
