Outcome

A warranty visit is required.

If the customer has purchased the installation after the 17.10.24  they should be directed back to the Referral Partner.

Installations before this date by British Gas or a trusted third party. 

  • If installed by British Gas, Crystal or Zenith follow the instructions set out in How to book an EV warranty job 
  • For trusted third party installers, email them with the Order number and explain what is needed on the visit, cc in the partner manager. If the visit is urgent, you can also phone them, numbers highlighted below:
