If you are experiencing download speeds under 5.0 Mbps, it may affect the performance of your Hive Hub.

Contact Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) please reach out to your ISP to report the low download speeds. They can help diagnose and resolve any issues with your broadband connection. 

Once your download speed issue has been resolved, this should also resolve any issues with your Hive Hub.
