Re-enter the correct SmartThings credentials and follow these easy steps to link your Samsung device with the Hive app:

  1. Open the Hive app on your smartphone or tablet.
  2. Tap on Manage from the main menu.
  3. Select + Add a device.
  4. Select Works with Hive.
  5. Choose Samsung from the list of available partners.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

That’s it! Your Samsung device should now be connected and ready to use with Hive.
