Action

Your receiver will look slightly different depending on which type of central heating system you have. 

 TIP: Your Hive Receiver is wired to your boiler, therefore it is usually located close to the boiler. 

If you have a combi boiler, you will have a single channel receiver, this means Hive only controls your heating and it will look like the image below:

If you have a conventional boiler, you will have a dual channel receiver. This means Hive controls your heating and hot water, and the receiver will look like the image below:
