Action
If your Nano 3 Hub has power but still isn't showing online, follow these steps to restart it:
- Power Cycle the Hub: Switch the Hub off at the mains power supply and then turn it back on.
- Wait for the Hub to Reconnect: Allow 10 minutes for the hub to come back online.
- Verify Hub Status in the Hive App: Open the Hive app and navigate to Manage > Devices. The hub should appear back online.
