If your Hive Light isn’t responding, a simple power cycle can often resolve the issue. Follow these easy steps to power cycle your Hive Light:

Turn Off the Hive Light
- Switch off your Hive Light at the main power supply. This could be a wall switch or the plug socket if it’s connected to a lamp.

Wait for 10 Seconds
- Leave the Hive Light off for 10 seconds. This brief pause helps reset the device.

Turn the Hive Light Back On
- After 10 seconds, turn the Hive Light back on at the power supply.

Allow Time to Reset
- Leave the Hive Light on for approximately 2 minutes. This gives it time to reconnect and stabilise.

Check Your Hive App
- After 2 minutes, open your Hive App to see if your Hive Light is back online.
