Action
Follow the steps below to perform a full network restart:
- Unplug the Hub: Unplug the hub from the mains power supply. The light on the hub should go out.
- Disconnect the Ethernet Cable: Disconnect the Ethernet cable that connects the hub to your broadband router. Make sure to disconnect both ends.
- Switch Off Your Broadband Router: Turn off your broadband router at the mains power supply.
- Switch On Your Broadband Router: Turn your broadband router back on at the mains power supply.
- Ensure Broadband is Working: Before proceeding, ensure your broadband connection is working.
TIP: Check another device, such as your mobile phone, to confirm you have a broadband connection.
- Reconnect the Ethernet Cable: Reconnect the Ethernet cable between the router and the hub. Ensure it is plugged into a yellow port on the back of your broadband router.
- Plug the Hub Back In: Plug the hub back into the power supply. The light on the hub should now be illuminated.
- Wait for the Hub to Reconnect: Wait for 30 minutes. The hub should flash and then display a solid green light. If you refresh your app or log out and back in, you should see the Nano2 Hub back online under "Manage Devices."
