We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been successfully resolved. Your system should now be functioning as expected. However, it looks like there may be a signal issue to where your Hive Light was initially fitted.
This will hopefully now be resolved, as we've optimised the position of your Hive Hub. If you continue to experience issues, you may wish to purchase one of our Hive Plugs, as they also act as signal boosters when positioned between the Hive Hub and the device with poor signal. Additionally, they give you more smart controls in your home.
