If you're having trouble with your Hive Light, we're here to help you get it back up and running! First, follow these simple steps to check if your Hive Hub is online.

Log into Your App
Open the Hive app on your device. -
Manage Your Devices
- Tap on Manage in the app menu.
- Select Devices from the options.

Check Device Status
This section will display the status of your Hive Hub and all connected devices. You’ll be able to see if:- Your hub is offline
- Only the Hive Light is offline
