Testing Your Hive Light

If your Hive Light isn't illuminating, or reconnecting, you can perform a simple test to determine whether the issue lies with the bulb or the light fitting. Follow these steps:

1. Move the Hive Light

   • Take the Hive Light and install it in a different light fitting that you know works.

2. Test the Hive Light

   • Turn on the new light fitting to see if the Hive Light illuminates

 TIP: If the Hive Light still doesn’t connect in the new fitting, consider trying a different fitting that is closer to the Hive Hub. This may indicate a signal issue if the bulb works elsewhere but not in its original location.
