Troubleshooting Internet Connectivity for Your Hub 360

Action

We need to ensure your Hub 360 is getting a sufficient internet connection. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check Your Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure your Wi-Fi is working by running a speed test.
  2.  

     Run a Speed Test: Go to www.speedtest.net and check that your download speed is at least 5.0 Mbps.

 NOTE: Very slow broadband speeds could prevent the hub from coming online and completing its upgrade.
