Power Cycle the Hive Wired Thermostat and Hive Receiver

Remove the Thermostat from the Wall:

• Press the tab underneath the thermostat to remove it from the wall.

Remove a Battery:

• Remove one battery from the thermostat and leave it out.

Reinsert the Battery:

• Put the battery back into your thermostat.

Reattach the Thermostat:

• Place the thermostat back on the wall.
• The thermostat should then display a 'Reconnecting' message.

Turn On the Heating:

• Turn the dial on the front of the thermostat and press it in to raise the target temperature above the room temperature shown on the thermostat.

Check for Success:

• If successful, you’ll hear the boiler fire up, indicating that Hive has asked the boiler to turn on.
