Follow these steps to reconnect it to your Wi-Fi network:
- Open the Hive App: Launch the Hive app on your mobile device.
- Select the Offline Hub: Tap on the offline Hive Hub Nano3 from the list of devices.
- Change Wi-Fi Settings: Tap on "Change Wi-Fi" and follow the in-app Wi-Fi setup wizard to reconnect your hub to the network.
TIP: Ensure Bluetooth is switched on and is enabled for the Hive App in your phone's settings.
CAUTION: Do not use a VPN while re-connecting your Nano3 Hub to Wi-Fi.
Bluetooth Unstable Troubleshooting - Avoid Interference
- Make sure the hub is not placed near other electrical or wireless devices, as they can interfere with the signal.
- Move Closer
- Bring the device closer to the hub to improve the connection.
- Restart Bluetooth
- Turn Bluetooth off and then back on and re-attempt the onboarding process.
