Power Cycle the Hive Radiator Valve

If your Hive Radiator Valve is not showing online, follow these steps to reconnect it:

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Remove a battery (see below for images of how to do this):

   • Press the tab on the Hive Radiator Valve.
   • Slide the casing off.
   • Remove one battery.

2. Reinsert the Battery:

   • Put the battery back into the Hive Radiator Valve.
   • Slide the casing back on.
3. Wait for your Hive Radiator Valve to reconnect:
   • Your Hive Hub will check in sporadically to see if your Hive Radiator Valve is online. This can take up to 10 minutes, but is usually much quicker.
   • Once it has reconnected, your Hive Radiator Valve will show online on your Hive app.
