Ensure the Hive Receiver is Switched On

Please check the following:

• Boiler Isolation Switch: Ensure the boiler hasn't been turned off at the isolation switch.

• Central Heating Fuse: Check the switch for the central heating on the main fuse box. Refer to the picture below as an example. All switches should be in the same position. If a fuse has tripped, some switches may look different.

If either switch is off, please turn them on to restore power to your Hive Receiver and boiler.
