Mimic Mode turns your lights on and off in a randomized pattern within a timeframe chosen by you, making it appear as if someone is home.
How to Set Up Mimic Mode:

- Tap the Settings icon.
- Tap Mimic Mode.
- Tap the slider to enable Mimic Mode.

How to Stop Mimic Mode:
- From your Hive dashboard, tap on any one of your lights or light groups that Mimic Mode is active for.
- Tap Stop Mimic.
Alternatively:
- Tap the Settings icon.
- Tap Mimic Mode.
- Tap the slider to disable Mimic Mode.
Stopping Mimic Mode Early:
If you stop Hive Mimic Mode before the end of the set schedule, your Hive Lights will return to the previous mode they were set to. So, if you decide to exit Mimic Mode early, your lights will revert to their previous state.
Customising Hive Mimic Mode:
- Colour and Tone Settings: Cannot be customised in Mimic Mode. Lights will follow a predefined pattern.
- Brightness Settings: Not adjustable in Mimic Mode. Lights will turn on at 100% brightness.
- Last Used Settings: Lights will use the last tone and colour settings applied before Mimic Mode was activated.
