To get started, follow these steps:

Connect to Power: Plug your Hive Hub 360 into a mains power socket using the provided power cable. For optimal performance, place your hub on a table or shelf in a central location, avoiding the floor or enclosed areas like cupboards.

Wait for the Light: The light on top of your hub will start flashing white. This may take a few minutes, so please be patient and do not disconnect it. If the light turns solid blue, power off the device, switch it back on, and wait for a spinning blue light.

Use the Hive App: Once the light starts spinning blue, open your Hive app and log in with your username and password. Go to the Menu, tap ‘Install devices,’ then select ‘Hub 360’ and follow the on-screen instructions.
That’s it! You can now pair your other Hive devices by tapping ‘Install devices’ in the app or online dashboard.
TIP: The two USB ports on the rear of your Hive Hub 360 are reserved for future upgrades. Please avoid using them to charge other devices, as this may damage your Hive Hub 360.
