We really hope you’re completely happy with your Hive products, but if you change your mind, you can return your purchase to us.

If you purchased directly from the Hive website or over the phone, you can initiate a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your Hive products. Here’s how:

  1. Open the Hive app or log in to your account on the Hive website.
  2. Navigate to ‘Account’ and select ‘Orders & Returns’.
  3. Follow the prompts to initiate the return process and follow the on-screen instructions.

When returning items to us, please keep your postage receipt so we can assist you in the unlikely event that we don’t receive your returned products.
