Viewing or Editing Your Personal Details in the Hive App

In the Hive app, you can access and update both your personal information and Home Profile details. Here's how: 

 

Editing personal information 

  1. Open the Hive App: Launch the Hive app on your mobile device.
  2. Navigate to the Account Section: Tap on the ‘Manage; tab on the bottom menu, then scroll down to the "Account" section.
  3. Select ‘Personal Info’: On the ‘Manage’ tab, tap on ‘Personal Info’ to view your personal information including email address, mobile phone number, landline number and you can view your address.
  4. Edit relevant Information: Locate the detail you want to change, such as your email, mobile number, or landline number. Then tap to edit your information (editability is usually represented by a pencil icon, similar symbol, or text indication). 
  5. Enter New Information: Input the new information in the provided fields.
  6. Save Your Changes: Tap ‘Submit’ to save your changes. 

 

Editing ‘Home Profile’ information 

If you are the ‘Owner’ of a home you can also update or add your Home Profile information in the Hive app, by following these steps: 

  1. Open the Hive App: Launch the Hive app on your mobile device.
  2. Navigate to the ‘Home Profile’ page: Tap on the ‘Manage tab’ and navigate to the ‘Home Profile’ menu item.
  3. Review your information: On your ‘Home Profile’ page you can review details including your home name, and information around your property such as your home type. 
  4. Edit/add relevant information: Locate the details you want to change or add then tap the pencil icon at the side of this.
  5. Enter New Information: When editing/adding in your Home Profile information simply select the option from the available option. 
  6. Review your Changes: Once you’ve edited/added in your information the values will be saved. You can review all these by looking at the ‘Home Profile’ page which lists all your selections. 

 

Additional Tips: 

Ensure Accuracy: Double-check the new information for accuracy before submitting. 

Update Regularly: Keep your details up-to-date to ensure you receive important notifications and updates from Hive. 

Security: For security reasons, you may be asked to verify your identity when making changes to certain details.
