Viewing or Editing Your Personal Details in the Hive App

You can easily view and update your personal details and Home Profile information in the Hive app. Here's how:

Updating Personal Information

  1. Open the Hive app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap the Manage tab in the bottom menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Account section and select Personal Details.
  4. Tap the detail you want to update—such as your email address, mobile number, or landline. Editable fields are usually marked with a pencil icon or similar.
  5. Enter your new information.
  6. Tap Submit to save your changes.

Updating Home Profile Information

If you're the Owner of a home in the Hive app, you can also update your Home Profile:

  1. Open the Hive app.
  2. Tap the Manage tab and select Home Profile.
  3. Review your current home details, such as home name and property type.
  4. Tap the pencil icon next to the field you want to update.
  5. Select or enter the new information.
  6. Your changes will be saved automatically and can be reviewed on the Home Profile page.
