1. Ensure the Device is Online:

   • Make sure the device you want to remove is powered on and connected to your Hive Hub or Wi-Fi (for cameras).

2. Open the Hive App:

   • Launch the Hive app on your smartphone or tablet.
   • From your dashboard, tap on the Manage icon.

3. Manage Devices:

   • In the menu, select Manage devices.

4. Select and Remove Device:

   • Tap on the device you wish to remove from the list of connected devices.

• Thermostats and Receivers:
  • Once installed, thermostats and receivers are bound to each other and cannot be removed through the app. For assistance with these devices, please contact Hive support.
