Ensure the Device is Online:
- Make sure the device you want to remove is powered on and connected to your Hive Hub or Wi-Fi (for cameras).

Open the Hive App:
- Launch the Hive app on your smartphone or tablet.
- From your dashboard, tap on the Manage icon.

Manage Devices:
- In the menu, select Manage devices.

Select and Remove Device:
- Tap on the device you wish to remove from the list of connected devices.
- Tap on Remove device to complete the process.
Important Note
How do I remove a thermostat or receiver from my account?
You can now remove thermostats and receivers directly from the Hive app — but only when the Thermostat or Receiver offline.
To do this, open the app, go to the Manage tab, tap on Devices, and select the offline thermostat or receiver you want to remove.
NOTE: Removing one will automatically remove both from your account, and you’ll need to pair them again to continue using them. Step-by-step guidance is provided via support links during the removal process.
