Removing a device from your Hive app is a straightforward process. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth removal:

How do I remove a thermostat or receiver from my account?
You can now remove thermostats and receivers directly from the Hive app — but only when the Thermostat or Receiver offline.
To do this, open the app, go to the Manage tab, tap on Devices, and select the offline thermostat or receiver you want to remove.
NOTE: Removing one will automatically remove both from your account, and you’ll need to pair them again to continue using them. Step-by-step guidance is provided via support links during the removal process.
