Removing a device from your Hive app is a straightforward process. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth removal:

How do I remove a hub, thermostat or receiver from my account?
You can now remove your hub, thermostat and receiver directly from the Hive app — but only when the devices are offline.
To do this, open the app, go to the Manage tab, tap on Devices, and select the offline device you want to remove.
NOTE: Removing one of the receiver or thermostat will automatically remove both from your account, and you’ll need to pair them again to continue using them. Step-by-step guidance is provided via support links during the removal process.
