If you can’t pair the Philips Hue Bridge in the Hive app, follow these steps:
- Check Hive Hub Status: Check the Hive app to see if your Hive Hub is showing as ‘Offline’ in the ‘Manage devices’ section. If it is offline, follow the on-screen instructions to get your Hive Hub back up and running.
- Ensure Hue Bridge is Powered: Make sure that the Hue Bridge is powered.
- Verify Network Connection: Check that the Hue Bridge is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the Hive Hub.
- Test with Philips Hue App: Check that the Philips Hue is working using the Philips Hue app. If not, contact Philips Hue for further support.

Hue Bridge Offline:
