Troubleshooting Offline Hive Plug
- Check Power: Ensure it is switched on at the wall and has power.
- Reset if Necessary: If still offline, reset the plug (note: this clears saved schedules).
- Power Cycle: Turn the device off and on again to see if this resolves the issue.
Resetting Your Hive Plug
- For V2: Press and hold the button on the front.
- For V3: Press and hold the button on the top.
- Hold for 10 seconds until the light double flashes amber, then release.
Reinstalling the Hive Plug
- Open the Hive app.
- Go to:
- Add
- Install New Device
- Install Hive Devices
- Other Hive Devices
- Your Hive Hub will search for and pair with your Hive Plug.
