Spare Charging Cable

Ask the customer if they have a spare charging cable available (excluding a 3-pin charger).

If the customer has a spare cable, instruct them to try using it to see if the issue persists.

If the spare cable works then advise the customer it appears to be a cable issue. If not, the issue is likely with the car and they can check the below:

  1. Check the Car's Battery:

    • Advise the customer to check the car's battery level.
    • Explain the role of the "Battery Management System" (BMS) in managing the charge.
  2. Review Car's App and Settings:

    • Ask the customer to check the car's app or other settings for any schedules that may be set.
