If Samsung doesn’t appear, make sure you're using the latest version of the Hive App:
  - Open the Apple App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play Store (for Android).
  - In the search bar, type “Hive”.
  - If an update is available, you’ll see an “Update” button next to the app.
  
 
 TIP: Hive App version must be 13.1 or above to be compatible with Samsung.  
 Once you have the Hive App on the latest version:
  - Open the Hive app on your smartphone or tablet.
  - Tap on Manage from the main menu.
  - Select Works with Hive.
  - Look for Samsung in the list of available partners.
