Log into Your App Open the Hive app on your device. -
Manage Your Devices - Tap on Manage in the app menu.
- Select Devices from the options.

Check Device Status This section will display the status of your Hive Hub and all connected devices. You’ll be able to see if: - Your hub is offline
TIP: If your Hive Hub is offline, all devices connected to it will show offline too. Therefore, please select Hub Offline if they are all showing as offline. - Only your receiver is offline
- Only your thermostat is offline
- Both your receiver and thermostat are offline
