Checking Connection Status

1. Open the Hive app.
2. Navigate to “Manage Devices”.

Troubleshooting Offline Booster

1. Check Power: Ensure it’s switched on and has power.
2. Reset if Necessary: If still offline, reset the Booster.

Resetting Your Hive Signal Booster

1. Press and hold the button on the front for 10 seconds.
2. Wait for the light to double flash amber.

Reinstalling the Hive Signal Booster

1. Open the Hive app.
2. Go to:
   • Add
   • Install New Device
   • Install Hive Devices
   • Other Hive Devices
3. Your Hive Hub will search for and pair with the Booster.
